Returns and Exchanges are accepted and must be received by Krafted Cut within 30 days of the purchase date. The returned item(s) must have its original tags attached, unworn (smoke-free) and in new condition.

Please remember to include a note on your order invoice on what exactly you would like to do with your return (exchange, charge-back, etc.).  If you don’t have an order invoice, please write down your order #, email, and phone number in which you can be reached at.

If your item is not in stock, you will be refunded. Refunds can take up to 10 business to return back into your bank account. Original shipping charges is not refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount.

Please allow 7-10 business days for exchanges to be delivered once it has been reshipped.
